There has never been a better time to join! The Role As Event Coordinator this role is varied and will be responsible for overall creation and delivery of a broad portfolio of events: -          Building and managing client relationships-          Managing incoming enquires and interpreting briefs-          Event design, theming & mood-boarding-          Developing creative responses to briefs-          Proposal preparation & pitching to win projects-          Managing private and corporate events end to end-          Coordinating suppliers including catering, florists, etc.-          Advising on technical solutions and working closely with the warehouse team-          Managing the install and delivery of events onsite-          Preparing and managing budgets The Candidate We are looking for candidates who have gained a solid foundation of experience within the evens industry and are looking to further their career within a creative events environment.
