Working within the events team will provide opportunities to travel internationally and support on large scale events. THE ROLE Supporting the Event Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Delegate and registration management - Providing reports to senior members of the team - Liaising with suppliers including venues, catering and AV - Preparing event materials and delegate packs - Providing support for virtual events - Admin tasks including updating databases and spreadsheets - Travel and accommodation management - Liaising with internal teams - Liaising with speakers and sponsors THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic about events and eager to progress their career. A variety of backgrounds will be considered but some events experience will be required whether this be a degree with placements or 1 year's event management experience.
