Focusing on one of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK their events team are committed to protecting and building their reputation with key audiences and promoting the programme through a range of events.

THE ROLE

Due to the development of projects they are now looked for an experienced Event Manager to come on board and deliver a broad range of events. Working within a closeknit team responsibilities include:

•          End to end event management of events including corporate events, conferences and experiential activations

•          Managing the companies presence at trade shows and exhibitions

•          Supporting with the production of creative content

•          Internal and external stakeholder management

•          Supplier and venue liaison and management

•          Budget management and reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should ideally come from an event agency and have a proven background of managing and delivering a broad range of events including full logistics management. Exposure to working on consumer activations / experiential events would be highly desirable but is not essential for the role. Stakeholder management skills are key and candidates must also have solid budget management and supplier management skills.
