THE ROLE
Due to recent growth they are now looking for a Lighting Project Manager to come on board and join their lively team to support across their exciting projects!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Producing a number of CAD drawings/renders of lighting designs
- Providing technical support across a range of events and festivals
- Producing technical quotations
- Managing technical projects from start to finish
- Troubleshooting equipment prior to events taking place
- Line managing Lighting Technicians
- Managing lighting budgets
- Booking crew for events
- Helping identify potential equipment purchases
- Taking responsibility of technical equipment repairs
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a strong background within lighting design and project management from either an audio visual or production company. You will also have strong client facing skills and be confident to lead a team of technicians. Experience using CAD and/or Wysiwyg is essential.
Previous experience working on festivals/ large scale music events would be best suited to this position. If you have a keen interest in live events and festivals with a flexible work ethic then this opportunity is for you!

THE CANDIDATE
In order to be successful in this position you will need to have end-to-end event management experience, ideally from within an agency environment. Experience in managing international events would be highly beneficial, as well as a background in delivering pharmaceutical or healthcare events, and the ability to manage complex event logistics is key. The role will suite someone who is dedicated, hardworking, creative, and who has a clear passion for events.

THE ROLE
Due to continued growth of both virtual and live events there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Administrator to join their close-knit and dedicated team and deliver events across their client base. A broad, and all-encompassing role responsibilities will include:
Assist the Project Lead and pitch team with proposals by researching ideas, offering administrative support, and inputting budgets.
Assisting in taking briefs, meeting agendas and content report creation, developing critical paths and milestones.
Developing ongoing relationships with colleagues, clients & all suppliers.
Supporting in the creation of project budgets, ensuring POs are raised in a timely manner
Support in preparing and scheduling post event debriefs including client, internal departments, and suppliers.
Assist your Project Lead to schedule, research and develop creative solutions / experiential concepts, ensuring client brand guidelines are applied consistently across all aspects of the project
Providing mentorship to new and existing Event Administrators by positively inputting to team meetings.
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have an understanding of the event industry and have ideally have experience working on events themselves. Previous experience as an administrator would be highly advantageous. You will be an organised individual who thrives off working within a busy, but supportive environment and enjoys being part of a close knit team.
