The Role

Due to continued business wins and the growth of their events calendar they are now looking for an Event Manager to come on board and take ownership of the delivery of projects. Working closely with senior project leads this is a broad role with responsibilities including:

• Managing the end to end delivery of a range projects (including live events, video, design and digital projects)
• Client liaison and management
• Ideation and inputting creative ideas into projects and proposals
• Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
• Creating and communicating project timelines
• Resource planning across the project teams including crew booking and logistics, venues and suppliers
• Managing content creation including design, video and digital
• Budget management
• Onsite delivery and project management where required

The Candidate

Candidates must come with a solid background of end to end event management gained from working in an agency setting.  Solid delivery experience is key and exposure to content management / technical production and / or the management of exhibition build projects would be an added benefit. Candidates must have strong client management skills coupled with the ability to work across multiple projects. Strong communication and budget management skills are essential, and any experience of using Procim would be an added benefit.

This role offers an opportunity for UK and international travel as well as the opportunity to work as part of a close knit and passionate team. You must be open to international travel, have an appetite for progression and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a fast-growing creative agency.

THE ROLE

They are now on the lookout for a passionate and self-motivated Event Registration Executive to be responsible for supporting the registration process, platforms, reporting and onsite execution for upcoming events.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing data on both the CRM system and registration platform
• Managing attendee information within our registration platform
• Supporting the wider team with any registration queries
• Managing guest communications maintaining a high level of customer service
• Proactively produce registration reports both pre and post event
• Producing timely post-event feedback surveys for guests
• Producing timely post-event qualitative analysis of guest data including guest survey results

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will experience of managing event registration platforms and a working knowledge of database management. You will have the ability to multitask to deadline, be highly detail oriented and manage your time appropriately.

The role is full time, 6-month contract position.
