THE ROLE
Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking for a strong event Sales Professional to join the team to increase sales and maximise profitability for the business.
Duties include;
Lateral growth of existing accounts
Forecasting and pipelining for potential business
Pitching and presenting to clients for new business
Building and developing new relationships
Strategic planning for new business
Reporting into the General manager, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of events and audio visual with the ability to liaise and interact with clients.

THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of the entertainment / event supply sector. A strong technical understanding is essential, as well as excellent commercial awareness, and experience in the use of AutoCAD and / or Vectorworks would be beneficial.
Due to the nature of the live events industry working hours will be flexible and can include evening and weekend work (overtime paid). Candidates must be open to this and ideally have a full UK driving license.

THE ROLE
As Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for bridging the gap between our internal teams, including Operations, Project Management, Warehouse, Workshop, and Site teams, to guarantee resources are effectively aligned to meet project demands. A proven track record in live event operations, particularly within the technical aspects of lighting, audio, or video, is essential. You will have demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing teams and ensuring resources are used effectively. The ability to remain calm under pressure and quickly adapt to shifting priorities is crucial, as the role will often require quick thinking and decisive action in tight timeframes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills are vital for success in this role, alongside proficiency in using computers and office applications. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to continuously improve processes and adapt to the evolving demands of live event management.
