This role will be a fantastic step for someone who wants to focus almost exclusively on experiential projects within a creative production agency.
The Role
As a senior role within the agency you'll be leading your own event projects from a production standpoint. This is a broad role where no two days will be the same, but here’s a general overview of responsibilities:
The Candidate
We’re looking for an established Senior Production Manager or Junior Production Director who has experience delivering experiential or exhibition events within a production / build agency. Combined with this experience the candidate must have the drive and passion to join a fantastic creative event agency where they’ll get to work on amazing events projects, all within a supportive, innovative and close-knit team.

The Role
Working alongside the wider creative team, this role will support in the development of creative event designs with responsibilities including:
- Being present for client briefs to understand requirements
- Translating initial creative concepts and ideas into 3D visuals
- Producing to-scale floorplan, elevations and detail design drawings
- Attending site visits where needed
- Working closely with the production team and external suppliers
- Collaborating with the graphics team for 2D integrations into the 3D design
- Utilising Cinema4D, Sketch Up and/or Vectorworks software
The Candidate
We are seeking creatives from within the event sector with experience in 3D design for projects such as exhibitions, experiential activations, roadshows or event set and stage. Candidates must come from a creative event or production agency environment. The ideal candidate will be at mid-weight level however those who are more junior with an ambitious and proactive mindset may also be considered depending on their background. Any experience with Cinema 4D or Sketch Up and Vectorworks or AutoCAD would be very beneficial.

The Role
Working predominately across one key client account, this role will have a hybrid function covering account management and project delivery. Responsibilities will include:
- Senior level account and client management
- Development and growth of the account relationship
- Brief taking and proposal development
- End to end project delivery across a range of events
- Project scheduling
- Collaboration with inhouse creative and production
- Supplier coordination including briefing and negotiations
- Onsite installation and delivery of events
- Individual event budget management
- Commercial responsibility for the P&L of the account
- Management of juniors as the team grows
The Candidate
We are ideally seeking candidates who already hold a hybrid skill set across account management / growth and end to end project delivery of a broad portfolio of event types. However, delivery candidates with a solid client facing ability may be considered. Candidates must come from an event agency background and have an understanding of working with production teams and it is essential that applicants have a strong budget management acumen. Any experience within the motorsport sector would be advantageous.

THE ROLE

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Using registration platforms and Microsoft Excel
- Managing CRM and event management system data
- Managing travel itineraries and delegate information
- Booking flights and accommodation for delegates
- Working closely with the Client Experience team
- Working across multiple events at any given time
- Inputting ideas to improve data and account management across events
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have come from an events agency or travel company, with solid delegate management experience and an understanding of registration platforms. You will be highly organised, with a customer service driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
