THE ROLE

They are now on the lookout for a passionate and self-motivated Delegate Sales Executive to join a growing team. Reporting to the COO, you will play a crucial role at the forefront of the brand by driving event attendance, product engagement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the primary contact for event attendees, handling inquiries, calls, and prospect qualifications.
  • Listen and understand stakeholder goals, communicate event value effectively, addressing questions and ensuring high-quality participation.
  • Provide ongoing client support to delegates leading up to the summit.
  • Target and identify high-calibre stakeholders, then qualify, and secure to attend our conferences, ensuring a diverse and senior-level delegation.
  • Analyse and fill representation gaps to optimise industry participation, to increase the impact of every conference they hold.
  • Gather and share first-hand industry insights, including trends, client needs, and organisational priorities with the team to ensure they are continually improving our services and approach.
  • Work closely with partnerships, marketing, conference production, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Support event operations on the live days of the conference, ensuring a seamless attendee experience and effective on-the-ground networking.
  • Build relationships with key clients and facilitate meaningful interactions.

 

 

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous B2B sales, client engagement and customer services experience. The role will suit someone who thrives on building relationships, fostering collaboration and driving meaningful change.

The role is full time with international travel.
