THE ROLE

The role will focus on supporting the busy wider sales team to deliver products and orders for events and exhibitions. With a wide range of venue services like rigging, electrics, catering and graphics as well as H & S and IT solutions this will be a busy admin role focused on processing orders, liaising heavily with internal teams and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing order forms into the database with high attention to detail
  • Generating invoices and raising PO’s
  • Liaising with internal sales, marketing and delivery teams to ensure the correct products are delivered seamlessly
  • Developing a full understanding of the wide range of products and services on offer
  • Ensuring all data and records are accurately maintained
  • Contributing to a seamless end to end customer experience

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the events sector and looking to progress their career in events. You will be a confident communicator with excellent administration skills ang high attention to detail. This is a full time role with opportunities to work from home depending on the needs of the business. Some weekend work will be required and is on a rota basis of 3 days per month.
