THE COMPANY

Working with high profile clients and assisting in the design and technical staging of events this company deliver technical requirements for a range of events from a small meeting to an arena spectacular and everything in between.

Servicing clients across the UK and Europe they will assist with the development of ideas and themes, providing creative solutions in the form of design, audio and video or simply the rental of a piece of technical equipment!

The business has gone through a hugely exciting period of expansion.

THE ROLE

Due to their ambitious growth plans, there is now an opportunity for an Events Hire Co-ordinator to join the team. From organising the transport of equipment, to taking the client brief and assisting them with the AV equipment they need – this role is suited to someone with logistics experience or coming from a technical AV background.

• Taking and interpreting clients event expectations
• Client liaison
• Translating the technical jargon into language that they will understand
• Budget management
• Managing crew logistics including travel and accommodation
• Upselling of equipment and internal departments
• Booking equipment from external suppliers
• Working with in-house teams to coordinator jobs
• Managing transport
• Ad-hoc administration duties

THE CANDIDATE

This role would be ideal for a someone with strong logistics experience or an individual with strong AV knowledge and wants to be on the road less!
