An established event company who offer beautiful, high quality tent structures to a wide range of events alongside further amenities including flooring, power, furniture, décor and waste solutions.

THE ROLE
They are now looking for a Head of Operations to join the team working closely with the Directors to manage the day to day operations of the business as well as devising strategies to propel the business forward.
The range of duties will include:
- Leading, mentoring and managing large onsite teams overseeing rig and de rig
- Kit logistics management from warehouse to site
- Managing schedules for installations
- Recruitment of freelance and seasonal staff as required
- Working closely with sales and marketing team
- Training and induction of new employees
- Supplier and client management
- Inventory management
- Ensuring vehicles are maintained annually
- Management and implementation of operational processes
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of outdoor events and infrastructure as well as proven senior operations management experience. Specific marquee experience is not essential however an understanding of the event sector is a must. A Full UK Driving licence is essential.
