THE AGENCY

This family feel agency is a growing technical production company looking to expand due to the huge volume of work that they are working on. They formed in 2015 and specialise in the London heritage circuit, working in Historic Royal Palaces, Museums, and cultural institutions.

The work is usually high-profile events at luxury locations across the capital.

THE ROLE

The role of Junior Production Manager will be broad with responsibility of providing support across the whole delivery process from initial brief through to on site including;

• Working closely with world class Production Managers
• Researching and liaising with suppliers
• Acquiring supplier costs and undertaking comparison studies
• Carrying out site visits
• Working with internal departments including creative and the warehouse
• Assisting with production scheduling
• Supporting with the pre-production process
• Coordinating logistical arrangements for production staffing
• Inputting into budget management
• Providing onsite support

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have production experience ideally from either a production agency, technical production (AV) company or venue background. An understanding of production scheduling, supplier management and budgeting experience would also be good to have.

What is key is having the passion and ambition to learn from the senior PM - if you want to fast track your career in a challenging and rewarding opportunity working on high end and high-profile events then this isn't to be missed!

We are seeking candidates with at least two years of experience in a technical discipline, who are also capable of driving a van. Familiarity with the Current RMS platform is desirable but not a dealbreaker.
