An excellent opportunity for a motivated Lighting Technician to join a well-established production agency delivering a range of exciting projects across a variety of sectors.

Working within the UK and Europe, this renowned production agency provides high quality lighting, audio, video and scenic solutions to the live events industry. Working across both the private and corporate sectors they deliver bespoke production solutions across a huge range of live events from award ceremonies, film premiers and exhibitions through to high-end, high-spend corporate parties!

THE ROLE
Due to an increasing pipeline of business and a busy calendar moving forwards they are now looking to hire a Lighting Technician to come on board to assist with the delivery of an exciting range of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installation of bespoke lighting systems
- Programming and operating lighting systems
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of kit
- Supervising sub-contractors onsite
- Liaising with clients and venues
- Liaising with Project Managers
- Supporting the warehouse and operations teams
- Advising on recommendations for new equipment
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of lighting design, implementation, and operation kit with proficiency in one of the following platforms - GrandMA, Avolites, or Chamsys. A background in the events industry and a full driving license will also be beneficial.
Due to the nature of the live events industry working hours will be flexible and will include evening and weekend work on occasion, however overtime will be paid.
