With an in-house warehouse and workshop they service end clients and agencies with state of the art AV equipment and full production management. Working across 100s of events per year – conferences, award ceremonies, experiential, production activations and exhibition build – no two days are ever the same! With a huge variety of large scale projects they work with some well known, global brands across sectors including financial services, fashion, gaming and alcohol.

The Role

As Production Manager you will work closely with high profile and will take the technical lead on the events. Seeing a project through to completion from brief, responsibilities will include;

•          Managing the full event production process from concept to delivery

•          Building and maintaining client relationships/accounts

•          Taking detailed client briefs

•          Writing proposals and presenting pitches

•          Preparing quotes and technical specifications

•          Liaising closely with internal teams

•          Managing project budgets

•          Carrying out site visits

•          Managing the delivery of projects onsite

The Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, ideally from within a technical supplier, production agency or events venue. We will also consider client facing Senior AV Technicians who want to take the step up into a project management role. This is a busy and fast-paced environment so we are looking for candidates who are team players and can work under pressure.
