THE COMPANY

Delivering large scale events including conferences, gala dinners, awards, music events and much more, this leading venue is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their growing team.

This award-winning venue has an excellent reputation for consistently creating innovative world-class events for a broad range of clients, with full production in-house and high-tech kit to ensure that each event is unique and delivered to the highest standard possible!

THE ROLE

With a large-scale team of AV Technicians, crew, and casual staff to manage, the Technical Team Manager role will be vital in ensuring the successful delivery of a diverse range of live events.

Key responsibilities will include:

-          Direct line management of large-scale technical teams

-          Supporting with recruiting, onboarding and training staff

-          Motivating and developing teams

-          Health & safety and risk assessments

-          Supporting with the purchasing of equipment

-          Acting as a key point of contact onsite

-          Working closely with senior management

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role you must have experience in direct line management of staff, preferably technical, with a general overall understanding of AV. Events experience is desirable, ideally venue-based, and you will be able to ensure that health & safety procedures are adhered to.
