THE ROLE

In this role, you will lead a team of approximately four warehouse technicians who meticulously inspect and maintain our equipment, ensuring its pristine condition before and after rental to our esteemed clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all equipment is meticulously prepared to the highest standards, and that every essential component is dispatched promptly to their valued clients.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will operate under the guidance of our senior management team, who will provide comprehensive training and insights into our operational expectations, ensuring that you are well-equipped to lead your team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers to understand specific equipment preparation requirements.

  • Coordinating with our Hire Coordinators to seamlessly handle client bookings.

  • Orchestrating transportation logistics in collaboration with our dedicated team.

  • Managing the working hours and shift schedules of your warehouse team.

  • Developing a deep understanding of our AV equipment and the precise preparations necessary to meet our quality standards (training will be provided).

  • Efficiently loading and unloading trucks, as we frequently provide LED walls for rental.

  • Proactively identifying and addressing any inventory shortfalls prior to fulfilling client orders.
