Hours: We treat our people like adults. Want to come in late? Not a problem. Want to leave early? No worries! It's all about getting work being done and the results speaking for themselves.
Flexible office: Our rather fabulous offices are open all week to every team member, but we generally work from home three days a week. We're a fun team who sees the value in getting together regularly, so you'd need to be able to commute to our central Birmingham office on two set days a week.
Social stuff: We do all kinds of things! Team lunches, dinners, awards (cheesy but fun), team outings, feel good Fridays (we finish at 4:00pm and have a beer), quarterly incentives... And whatever else we feel like.
Holidays: 26 days holiday (plus more each year you're with us) + bank holidays + the option to take another three days unpaid.... Not bad if you ask us!
