THE COMPANY

Our client is a brand experience agency that works together with world-leading brands to deliver roadshows, product launches, exhibitions, festivals and incentive travel!  As a strategic and creative agency they create and execute bespoke experiences to help brands grow.

Working with brands across fashion, automotive, FMCG and sports they get involved in a wide range of high profile events – this is an opportunity not to be missed!

THE ROLE

Due to the on-going successes of one of their key accounts they are now looking for an experiential Account / Event Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of a range of experiential road shows.

The role will report into the Group Account Director and the core role will be responsible for day-to-day client liaison, pulling together all elements of event logistics and operations and ultimately for the smooth and profitable running of project delivery.

Key duties will include:

• Account management
• Attending client meetings
• Oversee production and operations of projects
• Liaise with and brief internal teams – creative, planning, digital etc.
• Logistics and activation planning of building assets, roadshows, touring units etc.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers 
• Budget management
• Site visits
• Oversee Account / Operations Executives and Interns

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the events / experiential industry – with focus on an account handling and operations.
