THE ROLE
 
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing projects and ensuring their successful execution. Working on a prestigious (world recognised brands) account, you will work closely with the Account Director to bring together unique projects and deliver awe-inspiring conferences corporate meetings and experiential events. Your responsibilities will include project management, event coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships.

THE CANDIDATE
 
We are seeking a capable, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual with a background in creative, experiential, or events agencies. You should possess solid project management credentials, with a focus on live tours, sampling campaigns, or brand theatre. Experience in managing B2B events and conferences will be a highly desirable asset, particularly in areas such as venue searching, supplier management, and guest liaison.

To thrive in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, confidence in presenting and managing clients, and the ability to lead a team. Experience in briefing creative departments, developing staffing manuals, and handling budgets will be essential. If you have previous experience managing a direct report, it will be a significant advantage.

The ideal candidate will have:
 
  • Strong client and account management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a creative, experiential, or events agency background
  • Strong project management skills with an emphasis on live tours, sampling campaigns, or brand theatre
  • Desirable experience in B2B event and conference management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and balance resources
  • Experience in briefing creative departments and writing staffing manuals
