THE ROLE

Due to ongoing business success they are seeking a Events Executive / Junior Events Manager to join their hardworking and creative team and be pivotal in supporting the delivery of their fantastic campaigns & events by managing relationships and pre-planning aspects.

You will be aiding in the creative vision for events and campaigns and will:

• Support event & campaign projects from brief through to delivery
• Develop content & theming for event collateral
• Support in the development of event agendas, panel questions and scripts
• Research, liaise with and manage speakers, suppliers, venues and other stakeholders
• Attend and participate in client meetings
• Engage and liaise with production agencies
• Manage event logistics
• Assist with on-site delivery to ensure smooth running of events

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in event management / marketing communications and will be switched on, organised, enthusiastic and confident. This is a great opportunity to join a close knit team where you will work at fast pace across many facets developing your career in events and campaign delivery.
