The Role

They are now seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager – Video Specialist to join their talented team. This pivotal role comes with broad responsibilities, including:

• Leading diverse projects from concept to execution
• Engaging directly with clients to understand and fulfil their technical requirements
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Creating detailed technical specifications and quotations
• Overseeing the video department, ensuring top-tier quality and innovation
• Managing and developing the video team, including recruitment and professional growth
• Leading health & safety procedures internally and across projects
• Continuously enhancing the video offering—diversifying kit, integrating emerging technologies, and driving innovation
• Contributing to process development and improving internal efficiencies
• Providing hands-on onsite delivery where required

The Candidate

We are seeking high-calibre, senior-level candidates with a proven track record in technical delivery and technical project management within the live events industry. A deep technical expertise in video technology—including LED walls, camera systems, networking, broadcast solutions, and projection mapping—is essential. Strong commercial awareness is also a must, while experience in team or department management would be highly advantageous.
