THE ROLE 

As an Event Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for the seamless technical delivery of onsite registration solutions for a variety of high-profile events.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Client Management: Building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
• Technical Support: Advising on and configuring registration technology solutions.
• On-Site Operations: Setting up, operating, and dismantling registration equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Providing expert technical support to ensure smooth event registration.
• Entrance Management: Overseeing event access and registration processes
  

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver with hands-on experience in IT hardware and configuration. While experience in event technology and registration software is a plus, we welcome candidates from technical backgrounds who can demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
