The Role

As Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading the production delivery on a broad portfolio of client projects. A varied role, the day to day responsibilities will include:

-          Leading client relationships and taking briefs

-          Holding accountability of production requirements from brief to delivery

-          Guiding on feasibility and profitable solutions in line with a brief

-          Collaborating with internal teams including creative

-          Managing production schedules and production specifications

-          Providing sign off for working drawings

-          Managing the briefing and coordination of external build and technical suppliers

-          Leading production budgets

-          Overseeing installation onsite

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in leading on the production delivery of a wide variety of event projects; they will ideally come from an event or production agency background. A strong commercial ability is key as is a proficiency in working with creative teams and the ability to read working drawings and event based floor plans. Any people management experience would be advantageous.
