THE ROLE
Due to business growth and team expansion, an exciting position has become available for a Senior Event Executive to come on board and manage on the operational planning of events. Working directly alongside the Head of Events, you will get the opportunity to learn from the best in the business!
This is a broad role that includes duties such as:
Supporting and leading on conference events
Managing virtual and hybrid elements of events
Working closely with internal teams
Liaising with clients, speakers and delegates
Budget management
Booking travel and accommodation
Delegate management

Negotiate with existing suppliers and venues.
Researching new suppliers and creating cost comparisons
Analysing internal processes and proposing changes to management
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have clear experience of managing conference events, ideally from within an event agency, conference/exhibition organiser or association background. Most importantly, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude and remain calm under pressure.

THE ROLE
